The story is about a little boy named Gokou that meets a young woman named Bulma by accident when she is looking for the Dragon Balls. He has one given by his grandfather. They had 2 Dragon Balls but these were taken a way by some evil guys. Immediately the adventure starts and Bulma and Gokou, join Woolong, Yamcha and Puar. Finally this movie ends with our friends asking a wish to the dragon in order to help a little village.

Surprises are in store for everyone as the Devil’s Hand is home for the sinister Lucifer, a vampire with diabolical plans to destroy the Earth! And to make matters worse, he’s backed by a league of ferocious agres! Can Goku and the gang survive Devil’s Hand? Or is the Earth Doomed...

Our friends get together once again to find the seven Dragon Balls. Now we meet Chaoz as a prince, and the Red Ribbon, that works for Tsuru (Kamesennin's enemy) that is Chaoz personal assistant. There is a tournament going on and everyone wants to be there but there is a problem with finding the Dragon Balls, and it seems to be related with Tsuru. And there's also a problem with the prince, and his "loyal" assistant. As in the TV series, here Arale (from Akira Toriyama's Dr.Slump) appears at some point and meets Gokou.

The story starts in a village somewhere in China that receives the one-star Dragon Pearl as a gift. The village is attacked by marauding aliens in search of the Dragon Pearls. (Anyone familiar with the series knows what will happen in all seven Dragon Pearls are found.) The leader of the aliens, Emperor Horn, takes the Dragon Pearl and disposes of the village's chief, whose daughter Jade escapes the carnage. Horn sends his top fighters, Malilia and Zebrata, after a Dragon Pearl somewhere in the east. Here is where we meet Sparkle and his adopted grandson Monkey Boy. While gathering dinner, Monkey Boy meets up with Seeto, a young girl whose quest for the Dragon Pearls brings her to the area. She spots Zebrata and Malilia heading towards Sparkle's home. They are too late when they arrive, as both Sparkle and his four-star Dragon Pearl are missing. From here they meet the cowardly Piggy, a shape-shifter with a thing for girls, the thief Westwood and his sidekick, a talking cockatoo called Miss Knowwhat (Westwood wants the Dragon Pearls so that he can wish away his fear of girls) ,and Turtle Man, the sex-crazed kung-fu master who owns the Magic Cloud later given to Monkey Boy. It all climaxes in a decisive battle for the Dragon Pearls in Jade's village.
